• What is your current processing time?
        • We have transitioned back to a made-to-order shop due to items selling out too often.  We will keep our current processing times up to date on the announcement bar at the top of our home page.
      • What are your shipping fees?
        • I offer flat rate First Class shipping on sticker items! So no matter how many sheets you order, shipping cost will stay the same!
          US & Canada: $3.75
          All other countries: $4.50
        • If ordering additional items that are not stickers, please note international customers will incur additional shipping costs. (i.e. notepads)
          The fees will increase to these amounts:
          Canada: $6.50
          All other countries: $15.00
          The increase is due to not being able to ship international items as letters/flats, I will have to move them up to "packages".
        • Insurance is not automatically added to your packages. If your order is over a $50 subtotal, I add insurance at my expense. 
        • Do you take custom orders?
          • I currently do not take on custom orders. I unfortunately do not have the time to take on such projects. Thank you for your interest though!
          • DO NOT LEAVE CUSTOM REQUESTS IN THE NOTES ON YOUR ORDERS! These requests will be ignored and your order will be filled as is. I apologize for this inconvenience. It slows my fulfillment process which is unfair to other customers and myself. Thank you for understanding!
          • Though I am not currently taking requests, I would encourage you to join my Facebook group: Bubba Bear Studios Sticker Posse and leave your idea there. I check the suggestions post often!
        • How to cancel an order?
          • Please contact me via the Facebook icon at the bottom of my website or by sending a message to www.facebook.com/bubbabearstudiospage with your order # and reason for cancelling. You may send a cancel inquiry as long as you have not received a shipping notification. 
      • My order has shipped but the tracking has paused. What can be done?
        • If it's been more than a week, please contact me via the Facebook icon on my website or at www.facebook.com/bubbabearstudiospage messenger. I can provide you options. 
      • My order tracking says "Delivered", but it did not arrive. What can be done? 
        • I try my best to provide quality customer service. If your tracking says anything other than "Delivered" I am able to provide options. It is Bubba Bear Studios policy to not offer refunds or resends on tracking updates that confirm delivery. 
          You have many options. Check with your neighbors to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, check with household members, call your local post office with tracking info, call 1-800-USPS, and you can also file a missing mail claim via their website.
